Due to the perishable nature of our products, G FUEL only accepts returns for unopened and sealed items within 30 days of purchase. We strive to ensure every gamer is satisfied, but we cannot accept returns on used or opened tubs and shakers.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your G FUEL tubs or accessories are unopened, still in their original shrink-wrap, and purchased within the last 30 days.
Contact Support
Email our customer support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Return
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and clearly write the assigned RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship and Track
Send your return to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
